Meet the Photographer
Hey, I am Verena
Photographer and travel storyteller based in San Francisco. Originally from Berlin, with experiences of living abroad in different cultures, first in Singapore and now the US, I specialize in capturing immersive experiences for destinations, wineries, and boutique hotels with a focus on authenticity and atmosphere.
With one foot in the US and the other in Europe, I love helping international travelers discover places that go beyond the typical itinerary. My work blends visual storytelling with editorial insights, inspiring audiences to explore the world through wine, design, and culture.
Interested in featuring a story or commissioning visuals for your magazine? I’m always open to editorial collaborations – especially those rooted in design, wine, and immersive travel culture.
Professional, atmospheric photography
Editorial-style images that showcase the experience – not just the place.
Authentic travel storytelling
Through my blog and @trvlxpt.diary, I share immersive, design-forward travel content with an audience who actively seeks out hidden gems, wine country escapes, and boutique hotels.
Content that inspires action
Whether it’s a couple planning a wine trip to Spain or a US traveler booking a slow getaway, the stories I share are designed to spark real interest and drive tourism.
