Gran Hotel Mas D'en Bruno

Located in the heart of Spain’s renowned Priorat wine region, Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno is a luxury boutique wine hotel set on a restored 18th-century estate, surrounded by vineyards and rugged mountain landscapes. The property blends historic Catalan architecture with contemporary design, creating an atmosphere deeply rooted in wine culture and sense of place.


I was engaged to document the hotel with a primary focus on food & beverage storytelling and the connection between hospitality and winemaking. The project highlights the culinary identity of the property – wine-driven dining, seasonal ingredients, and the sensory experience that defines a modern luxury wine retreat. As my visit coincided with harvest season, I also documented parts of the Priorat grape harvest as an extension of the work, adding an authentic layer that connects vineyard, kitchen, and guest experience.
